Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns:

  • You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • To start a return, please contact our customer service team at nopelondonltd@gmail.com.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Final Sale Items:

  • Certain items, such as sale items and gift cards, are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
